1 c. MinuteŽ White Rice, uncooked 1/4 c. Italian dressing 1/4 c. salad dressing 2 tsp. curry powder 2 c. turkey, cooked and chopped 1-1/2 c. seedless red or green grapes, halved 1/2 c. dry roasted peanuts, coarsely chopped fresh cilantro leaves, for garnish (optional)
What to do:
1. Prepare rice according to pkg. directions. 2. Combine dressings and curry powder in large bowl. 3. Add rice and remaining ingredients; mix lightly. Cover. 4. Refrigerate at least 30 min. or until ready to serve. Garnish with fresh cilantro, if desired.
