2-1/2 cups boiling water 2 pkg (6 oz. each) JELL-O Gelatin, any flavor 1 cup plus 1tbspthawed COOL WHIP Whipped Topping, divided 1 tbsp silver pearl sprinkles
What to do:
1. ADD boiling water to combined dry gelatin mixes in medium bowl; stir 2 min. or until completely dissolved. 2. SPOON 2 Tbsp. gelatin into small bowl. Add 1 Tbsp. COOL WHIP; mix well. Reserve for later use. 3. POUR remaining gelatin into 13x9-inch pan sprayed with cooking spray. Refrigerate 10 min. 4. DROP spoonfuls of the COOL WHIP mixture over gelatin in pan; swirl gently with back of spoon. 5. REFRIGERATE 3 hrs. or until gelatin is firm. 6. DIP bottom of pan in warm water 15 sec.; transfer to work surface. Cut gelatin into 24 decorative shapes using 1-inch candy cane-shaped cookie cutter, being careful to cut all the way through gelatin to bottom of pan. Carefully remove JIGGLERS from pan; place on serving plate. 7. DECORATE tops of JIGGLERS with remaining COOL WHIP as desired.
Variation: Use any other holiday-shaped cookie cutter to cut the refrigerated gelatin into JIGGLERS.
